How it works

Set the deal once — checkout handles the rest.

01

Set the deal

Pick the buy quantity and the get quantity — buy 2 get 1, buy one get one, any combo. Choose which tickets qualify and which ticket the buyer gets.

02

Choose how it triggers

Leave the code empty and the offer applies automatically, or attach a code and cap its redemptions. Add start and end dates or a minimum order amount if you need them.

03

Let checkout do the work

The moment a cart qualifies, the reward ticket is added on the spot. Every redemption shows up in your dashboard alongside the rest of your sales.

Every lever of the deal

Shape exactly who gets what, when, and how many times.

Auto-apply — no code needed

Leave the discount code empty and the offer applies itself the moment a cart qualifies. Buyers don't have to know, find, or type anything.

Qualifying & reward pools

Choose the tickets a buyer must purchase to trigger the offer, and the tickets they're eligible to get. The two pools can be the same or completely different.

Free or discounted rewards

Give the reward ticket away free, or grant it at a discount instead. Buy a VIP, get a GA half price — it's your deal to shape.

Start & end dates

Schedule the offer window in advance. It switches on and off by itself, so a weekend flash deal never runs a day longer than you meant it to.

Per-order & redemption limits

Cap how many BOGOs a single order can claim. If you attach a code, cap how many times it can be redeemed in total — first come, first served.

Minimum order amount

Require a minimum spend before the offer kicks in, so your free tickets only go out on the orders that earn them.

Common questions

Does the buyer need a promo code?

Only if you want them to. Leave the code empty and the offer applies automatically the moment a cart qualifies. Set a code and the offer becomes opt-in — and you can cap how many times that code is redeemed.

Can the free ticket be a different type than the one they buy?

Yes. The qualifying pool (what they must buy) and the reward pool (what they can get) are set separately. Buy a VIP, get a GA free — or keep both pools the same for a classic buy-one-get-one.

Does the reward ticket have to be free?

No. Tickets in the reward pool can be granted free or at a discount — whichever fits your offer.

Can I control how many times the offer is used?

Yes, on two levels. Limit how many BOGOs a single order can claim, and — if the offer uses a code — cap the total number of redemptions across all orders. You can also require a minimum order amount before the offer applies.

Can I schedule the offer in advance?

Yes. Give the offer a start and end date and it switches itself on and off. Outside that window, carts check out at full price as normal.
