TixFox.co Terms of Service

By accessing or using TixFox.co (the "Site") and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

TixFox.co provides a platform for event organizers to create events, set up tickets, and sell tickets using their connected Stripe accounts. We are not a marketplace for events.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TixFox.co. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• Providing accurate event information
• Setting appropriate ticket prices
• Ensuring your event complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Managing your connected Stripe account
• Handling customer service for your event attendees

• TixFox.co uses Stripe Connect for payment processing. All funds are transferred directly to your connected Stripe account, minus applicable fees.
• Our service fees are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your use of TixFox.co and your event sales.

• Fraudulent events or ticket sales
• Events promoting illegal activities
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Explicit sexual content or pornography
• Selling or promoting illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Events involving gambling, lotteries, or raffles without proper licensing

• Event organizers are responsible for setting and communicating their own refund policies to ticket buyers.
• TixFox.co service fees are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or a refund is issued.
• In the event of a disputed charge, the event organizer is responsible for handling the dispute and any associated chargeback fees.

• The TixFox.co name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TixFox.co or its affiliates. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant TixFox.co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

• The content of events listed on our platform
• The conduct of event organizers or attendees
• Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other malicious code transmitted through our service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TixFox.co and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
