Tracking Pixels

Know exactly which ads
sell your tickets

Paste your Meta Pixel, GA4, or Google Tag Manager ID — no code, no developer. TixFox fires page views, add-to-carts, and purchase conversions with the real amount charged, so your ad platforms can attribute, optimize, and retarget.

  • Meta Pixel, GA4 & GTM
  • Purchase values included
  • No code — just paste your ID

How it works

Paste an ID once — every event page reports back to your ad platforms.

01

Paste your pixel ID

Pick a provider — Meta Pixel, GA4, or Google Tag Manager — and paste the ID from your ad platform. Field hints and format checks catch typos before you save.

02

Choose where it runs

Attach the pixel to a single event or apply it to every event in one go. New events are covered automatically when a pixel applies to all.

03

Conversions flow in

TixFox fires page views, add-to-carts, and purchases with the real amount charged — straight into your ad platform, ready for reporting, optimization, and retargeting.

Every platform, properly wired

The events your ad tools expect, with the details that make them useful.

Meta Pixel + Advanced Matching

Purchases arrive with hashed customer details — email, phone, name — hashed in the browser before anything is sent, raising your Event Match Quality and ad attribution.

Google Analytics 4

Clean GA4 ecommerce events — page_view, add_to_cart, and purchase with transaction IDs — without double-counted automatic page views.

Google Tag Manager

Prefer to manage tags yourself? Drop in your GTM container ID and every event lands in the dataLayer for you to route wherever you like.

The full funnel, tracked

Page view when the event page loads, add-to-cart the moment a ticket is selected, purchase when the order settles — with value, currency, and item details attached.

Works where you sell

Selling through the event page embedded on your own website? Pixels load and fire there too — the same funnel, wherever your checkout lives.

No double counting

Every purchase carries the order ID as its platform event ID, backed by browser-side guards — so refreshes, revisits, and re-renders never inflate your numbers.

Common questions

Which ad platforms are supported?

Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. And since GTM events land in your dataLayer, you can route them on to any platform GTM supports.

Do I need to add any code?

No. Paste your pixel or container ID into the TixFox dashboard and choose which events it applies to. TixFox injects the tag and fires the events on your event pages for you.

What events are tracked?

A page view when your event page loads, an add-to-cart the moment a buyer selects a ticket, and a purchase when the order settles — including the real amount charged, currency, and item details.

Does purchase tracking survive the payment redirect?

Yes. After payment, buyers land on a confirmation page where the purchase event fires with the settled order. The order ID doubles as the platform event ID, so refreshes and revisits never double-count a sale.

Is buyer data safe with Advanced Matching?

Yes. Customer details used for Meta Advanced Matching are SHA-256 hashed in the buyer's browser before anything is sent — raw email addresses and phone numbers never reach Meta.

Can one pixel cover all my events?

Yes. Apply a pixel to all events and every event page — including ones you create later — fires events to it automatically. You can also scope a pixel to specific events only.
