I Lost My Ticket, What Can I Do?

Don’t worry — if you’ve misplaced your ticket for an event hosted on TixFox, you can easily get it back.

Option 1: Resend Your Ticket

  1. Go to the event link provided by the organizer.

  2. Click on the “Resend Confirmation Email” button.

  3. Enter the same email address you used during checkout.

  4. Click Resend, and your ticket will be sent to your inbox.

This will only resend tickets for that specific event.

Option 2: If You Used the Wrong Email or Can’t Remember

If you accidentally entered the wrong email during purchase, or you no longer have access to the email you used, the best step is to contact the event organizer directly. Organizers can manually look up your order and reissue the ticket.

💡 Tip: To speed things up when contacting the organizer, provide as much information as possible—such as your name, the event you purchased tickets for, and proof of payment if available.
