When should I expect my ticket sales payout on TixFox?

TixFox does not hold your ticket revenue. All payments are processed through Stripe, and the money goes directly to your connected Stripe account when a customer buys a ticket.

TixFox does not control when payouts are sent to your bank. Stripe handles all payouts.

How payouts work

1. Funds go to your Stripe balance
When a ticket is sold, the money is added to your Stripe account balance right away.

2. Stripe sends the payout to your bank
Stripe transfers the money from your balance to your bank based on the payout schedule you choose in Stripe:

• Automatic (daily, weekly, or monthly)

• Manual (you request payouts yourself)

You can change this anytime in your Stripe Dashboard.

3. First payout may take longer
If your Stripe account is new, the first payout may take several days to complete while Stripe finishes its account checks. After that, payouts follow your normal schedule.

Where to check your payout status

Log in to your Stripe Dashboard and go to Balance → Payouts.
There you can see:

• Your available balance

• Your next payout date

• Past payouts

• Your payout schedule
