When should I expect my ticket sales payout on TixFox?TixFox does not hold your ticket revenue. All payments are processed through Stripe, and the money goes directly to your connected Stripe account when a customer buys a ticket.
Can I change my event currency?When you create a new event, you will be given the option to choose its currency. This currency applies to the entire event and to all tickets created under it.
Setting up sales tax in TixFoxTixFox lets you add a custom sales tax rate to your ticket prices. You can set it once for your whole organization, or set a different rate on individual events when you need to.
