No. Eventbrite lets you publish free events at no cost. Its fees apply to paid tickets only.
Who pays Eventbrite's fees?
Your buyers, by default. Eventbrite adds the service and processing fees at checkout. You can choose to absorb them when you set up your ticket types, and then they come out of your payout.
How much is Eventbrite's fee on a $25 ticket?
