How much does Ticket Tailor charge?
Ticket Tailor charges $0.85 per paid ticket on pay as you go, or $0.70 down to $0.34 per ticket with prepaid credits (100 credits minimum). Stripe card processing is extra: 2.9% + 30¢ per order in the US. Free tickets cost nothing up to 5,000 a year, and registered charities get 50% off.

How Ticket Tailor's fees work
- Pay as you go: $0.85 for each paid ticket you sell.
- Prepaid credits: one credit covers one ticket. They cost $0.70 each for 100, $0.60 for 500, $0.52 for 1,000, $0.43 for 5,000, $0.39 for 10,000 and $0.34 from 20,000.
- Card processing is extra. Stripe takes 2.9% + 30¢ from each US order on top of the Ticket Tailor fee.
- Your first 5 tickets are free, and free tickets cost nothing up to 5,000 a year.
- Registered charities get 50% off the ticket fee.
- You pay these fees by default. You can add a booking fee at checkout so buyers cover them.

Ticket Tailor fees: common questions
Does Ticket Tailor charge for free tickets?
No, up to 5,000 free tickets a year. Above that, Ticket Tailor asks you to contact them for a price. Tickets on a seating chart are charged even when they're free.
Who pays Ticket Tailor's booking fee?
You do by default. Ticket Tailor bills you $0.85 per paid ticket, or uses one of your credits, and Stripe takes its fee from each payment. You can set your own booking fee at checkout so buyers cover the cost instead.
What are Ticket Tailor's Stripe fees?
Ticket Tailor doesn't process payments itself. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per order in the US, so on a $25 ticket you pay $0.85 to Ticket Tailor and $1.03 to Stripe on pay as you go.
Is Ticket Tailor cheaper than Eventbrite?
Usually, yes. On a $25 US ticket, Eventbrite's service fee is $2.72 (3.7% + $1.79) before payment processing. Ticket Tailor's fee is $0.85 on pay as you go, plus Stripe's $1.03.
Is Ticket Tailor cheaper than TixFox?
For most events, no. On a $25 ticket TixFox costs $1.42 in fees against Ticket Tailor's $1.88 on pay as you go, and TixFox stays 46¢ a ticket lower at every price. Ticket Tailor comes out lower only with prepaid credits for registered charities, or at 20,000 tickets or more.
