Weezevent Fees in 2026: Euro, UK, Swiss and Canadian Prices

Updated October 2026: rewritten with Weezevent's current fees from its price list dated August 27, 2026, checked on October 8, 2026.

Weezevent sells tickets in four currencies, and the fee works a little differently in each. In euros, it's 2.5% of the ticket price with a €0.99 minimum. In pounds and Swiss francs, it's a flat 0.99 plus 2.5%. In Canadian dollars, it's $0.99 plus 2.75%, before tax. Card processing is included in all four.

That €0.99 minimum makes Weezevent hard to beat on mid-priced euro tickets. In pounds, it's a different story. Here's the math in each currency, the extra fees in its price list, and when it pays you.

How much does Weezevent charge? Weezevent charges 2.5% per ticket sold online, with a minimum of €0.99, in euros. In the UK it's £0.99 + 2.5%, in Switzerland CHF 0.99 + 2.5%, and in Canada $0.99 + 2.75% before tax. Bank charges are included, free events are free, and Weezevent pays out every 15 days.

How Weezevent's pricing works

Weezevent's pricing page and its full price list, updated August 27, 2026, list these fees for standard cards like Visa and Mastercard:

  • Euro: 2.5% per ticket, minimum €0.99, tax included
  • Pound: £0.99 + 2.5% per ticket, tax included
  • Swiss franc: CHF 0.99 + 2.5% per ticket, tax included
  • Canadian dollar: $0.99 + 2.75% per ticket, before tax
  • Free tickets and invitations: free, up to 1,000 invitations per account or 500 per event
  • No subscription, set-up, fixed or termination fees

Weezevent says its revenue is "paid every 15 days," and its support team is available 24/7.

Weezevent vs TixFox by currency, one ticket, standard cards. Euro: Weezevent 2.5% with a €0.99 minimum, TixFox €0.39 + Stripe, TixFox lower under €24 or over €64. Pound: £0.99 + 2.5% vs £0.38 + Stripe, TixFox at every price. Swiss franc: CHF 0.99 + 2.5% vs CHF 0.39 + Stripe, TixFox up to about CHF 75. Canadian dollar: CA$0.99 + 2.75% + tax vs CA$0.56 + Stripe, TixFox up to about CA$87 before tax

Fees the headline price leaves out

The full price list has a few more lines worth knowing before you sign up:

  • American Express: 10% of the ticket price, in every currency. A €30 ticket paid by Amex costs €3.00 in fees.
  • PayPal: 3.25% with a €0.99 minimum in euros, or 0.99 + 3.5% in Swiss francs and Canadian dollars.
  • Klarna, pay in three: 4.5% per ticket in euros, 6% in Swiss francs and 5% in Canadian dollars.
  • Refunds: €2 before tax per order you refund (£2, CHF 2 or $2).
  • Box office tickets: €0.20 before tax per ticket issued, with 100 credits free when you sign up.
  • Allocated seating: €0.50 per seat before tax to set up your seating plan, with a €200 minimum.

What a ticket costs in euros

TixFox charges €0.39 per ticket (€0.30 under €5) plus Stripe's 1.5% + €0.25 for standard European cards. Weezevent's €0.99 minimum covers everything up to a €39.60 ticket, so the two cross twice.

Euro fees on one ticket, card processing included. €10 ticket: Weezevent €0.99, TixFox €0.79. €25: €0.99 and €1.02. €50: €1.25 and €1.39. €100: €2.50 and €2.14. €150: €3.75 and €2.89

On a one-ticket order:

  • €10 ticket: €0.99 on Weezevent, €0.79 on TixFox
  • €25 ticket: €0.99 against €1.02
  • €50 ticket: €1.25 against €1.39
  • €100 ticket: €2.50 against €2.14
  • €150 ticket: €3.75 against €2.89

So Weezevent costs less from about €24 to €64 a ticket. Below about €24, and above about €64, TixFox costs less. A club selling 2,000 tickets a year at €15, one per order, would pay €1,980 on Weezevent and €1,740 on TixFox. At €40 a ticket, it flips: €2,000 on Weezevent and €2,480 on TixFox.

What a ticket costs in pounds

In the UK, Weezevent's £0.99 is added on top of the 2.5%, not used as a minimum. TixFox charges £0.38 per ticket (£0.30 under £5) plus Stripe's 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards, which comes in lower at every ticket price.

  • £10 ticket: £1.24 on Weezevent, £0.73 on TixFox
  • £20 ticket: £1.49 against £0.88
  • £50 ticket: £2.24 against £1.33
  • £100 ticket: £3.49 against £2.08

On 1,000 tickets at £20, sold one per order, that's £1,490 on Weezevent and £880 on TixFox.

Swiss francs and Canadian dollars

In Swiss francs, TixFox charges CHF 0.39 per ticket (CHF 0.28 under CHF 4) plus Stripe's 2.9% + CHF 0.30. TixFox costs less up to about CHF 75 a ticket, and Weezevent from about CHF 77. A CHF 30 ticket comes to CHF 1.74 on Weezevent and CHF 1.56 on TixFox.

In Canadian dollars, TixFox charges CA$0.56 per ticket (CA$0.45 under CA$7) plus Stripe's 2.9% + CA$0.30. Before tax, TixFox costs less up to about CA$87 a ticket. Weezevent's Canadian fee is quoted before tax, so the tax on it is extra. TixFox's pricing page doesn't say whether its fee includes tax.

When you get paid

Weezevent pays your ticket revenue every 15 days. TixFox works differently: each sale goes into your own Stripe account as it happens, and TixFox never holds the money. That matters when you're paying a venue deposit or suppliers before the event.

Beyond the per-ticket fee. When you get paid: Weezevent every 15 days, TixFox as you sell into your own Stripe account. UK, 1,000 tickets at £20: Weezevent £1,490, TixFox £880, £610 less on TixFox TixFox dashboard from the demo account showing total revenue of $100, 4 tickets sold and the event Rooftop Jazz Night with 4 of 220 sold

What one organizer says about TixFox's fees

Here's one organizer's take on TixFox's fees. Sam Dakart, who handles marketing for the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, left this review on Trustpilot in July 2026: "the fees they take are by far the lowest I've come across, giving our attendees more buying power to get our pricier ticket options."
